Adjustable Lift Rate Belt Oil Skimmer - Vary Oil Lift Rate From 1 - 20 GPH

Select your lift rate with a twist of the dial. Speed up (or slow down) the job of removing floating oil to suit your application. Costs about the same as other 5 gph belt oil skimmers.

This skimmer is also corrosion-free, being made mostly of stainless steel parts and polymers. The VSSP/4 use one 4" wide belt which can reach from 1 foot to 50 ft. down. There is a choice of stainless steel or polyurethane belts.

A Complete System - Accessories Are Included

  • Timer for automatic control. Plug in type. Three settings/24hours.
  • Hose Extension for oil outlet. Three feet with clamp.
  • Ground Fault Interrupter for electrical safety. Plug in type

 Stainless steel, with stainless steel retainer chain. Rod type stabilizer bar is optional (max. length 6 ft.)
Belts:

 Flat clear polyurethane or stainless steel 4" width. Available in standard lengths to 10 ft. and custom lengths to 50 ft. drop.
Collection Rates:


 Per our laboratory tests - 20 gph at maximum speed. Rates will vary depending on oil type, viscosity, length of lift, temperature and other variables.
